Our Customization Process
Once you decide on a design for screen printing on your item please ensure that it conforms as closely as possible to our Artwork Guidelines before sending it to us. The quality of your source artwork affects the quality of the printing and we’ll be able to tell you if additional design work or ‘clean-up’ will be necessary to improve the final product.
We create a composite proof from your artwork so that you can see what your design will look like on the product you’ve chosen. We have a terrific selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, bags, and many more items to choose from.
The ink colors that will be used and the print size dimensions of your artwork will be shown in the proof and at this time you can instruct us to make any changes or corrections. When you are completely satisfied with your proof we will schedule your order for printing.
For each color in the design, we must create a screen that isolates that portion of the design that will receive that color ink. We ensure that each screen and its applied color delivers a crisp and clean imprint on your garment before moving on to the applying the next color.
